At Stonehaven, one of the ways we stand out is by our frequent and consistent level of communication with our clients, realtors, and attorneys. Here’s what you can expect from us at a minimum:

-Weekly phone calls to all parties needing updates.

-Automatic email updates during your loan process.

-When there is something urgent that we may need from you in regards to documentation or locking a loan, we’ll call, email, and text you right away; sometimes several attempts in one day - to ensure that you’re protected and that everything is in order according to contract deadlines and requirements.

-The opportunity to speak with our team at any time with your questions, even on weekends.
